Meals on Wheels coordinates thousands of programs throughout the United States to deliver meals to those who are homebound. Some programs require a small donation; each program determines eligibility. For a referral to the Meals on Wheels serving your area, contact the national Eldercare office at 800-677-1116. To locate additional food program options, including congregate meal programs, contact MealCall at 704-907-6196 or visit http://www.mealcall.org/ to search their database for programs in your area. MealCall offers databases for both the United States and Canada.
